We all know what it’s like after a long run, we want to get back ASAP jump in the shower and make a huge plate of food! But we must remember to stretch stretch stretch to release all the muscles we’ve just used. That is why I have create a POST RUNNERS FLOW for you to follow easily from the comfort of your own home.
