But, September is a really nice time to check in, make space for a little self reflection and go into the rest of the year as you meant to start it. Find the tools & techniques that work for you, do more of what makes you feel good and practice meeting yourself with kindness & compassion. You are enough✨✨✨#thrive #youareenough #rtt

Ways to connect with your higher self💁🏼‍♀️✨💁🏼‍♀️✨💁🏼‍♀️
The higher self meditation / visualisation is something I always take my one-to-one clients through, normally very early on in our work together, with the goal of inspiring & empowering them to connect with this concept and then use it as a powerful tool going forwards.

✨Start by bringing a clear image of ‘them’ to mind; what they look like, how they hold themselves etc.
✨Then go a little deeper by seeing how how it feels to think about them, as above perhaps inspiring, empowering, or possible…exciting etc.
✨Then try asking them some questions, like, what do I need to do to get to where you are? What do I need to let go of? They are, after all, there to guide you in the right direction.
✨From this, is there anything you can do to embody your higher self, starting today?

All the answers you need are right there within you. Sometimes we just need to be gently guided and supported in the process of going there. Enjoy💗 #higherself #thrive #youareenough

Another week ✔️another batch of clients working their way through our Thrive programme #THRIVE✨✨✨
This weeks underlying theme seemed to centre lots around inner dialogue, and how that manifests into our day to day.
Here’s your (and mine) gentle reminder to be kind to your mind💞💞it’s not always easy but through practice & patience with ourselves, and of course repetition, it starts to become the norm. Start small, always, perhaps finding just one word or sentence you can say to yourself like, you are enough or you can do this or be calm, that you can keep coming back to and reminding yourself of.
Never underestimating the power and positive impact of the simple, small things that will help YOU.
