Join us for this day retreat in a beautiful South West London location, blending Pilates with Yoga and a workshop on the Inner Critic to leave you feeling rejuvenated, mind and body.
Feeling physically strong after Ellie’s Pilates and emotionally inspired after Grace’s Inner Critic workshop, we’ll return to the mat for a dynamic vinyasa practice with Sophie; bringing the energy up together before moving into a peaceful, and empowering Meditation and Visualisation with Grace to close.
PILATES WITH ELLIE:
Expect to feel stronger, stabilised and a little bit sweatier in Ellie’s (Dynamic Pilates, Power Pilates, Pilates Sculpt) class. Designed to give you the benefits of a regular Pilates class whilst bringing the heat, Ellie’s class will add extra spice with creative variations, fun equipment, a few more reps than usual and some great music. This total body class will leave you feeling energised and ready for a wholesome day focusing all of your energy on you. Find Ellie on @movewellwithell
YOGA WITH SOPHIE:
Equal parts energising and grounding, expect to fully rebalance your system with a playful yet inquisitive flow, blending fiery yang movements and transitions with soothing moments of pause and reflection. Find Sophie on @sophieheatley_
INNER CRITIC WORKSHOP WITH GRACE:
Trained Yoga Teacher & Hypnotherapist, Grace will help you to release the blocks that are holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself in this Inner Critic workshop. Designed to help you spark some self awareness and an understanding of your own inner critic, so you can learn how to manage it a little better, and leave you armed with some powerful tools and techniques to integrate into your day to day.
