Yoga in the Barns

Join us for our Autumnal Retreat – Yoga in the Barnes.

A cosy long weekend in the countryside location of Petersfield in the South Downs National Park. The venue is Barrow Hill Barns – an absolutely stunning place, surrounded by nature and space. I have never felt so relaxed and zen after staying there.

I will be teaching deeply nourishing yoga and meditation classes, partnering up with Cassie McClements from , who’ll be cooking up a veggie storm with delicious wholesome seasonal produce. 

Expect a transformative mix of flow and yin, picturesque hikes, hot cups of cacao around fire pits, and the chance to restore and relax in nature. The weekend will go a little something like this…
 
FRIDAY AFTERNOON
Check in, meet the other yogis with an opening circle, followed by a yoga class. Dinner will be served, with a mini fire circle and evening treats. 
 
SATURDAY MORNING
Wake up nice and early, practice 90 mins of yoga and then feast over a delicious, healthy breakfast. You’ll have time to explore the surroundings, or just chill and relax. We will offer little snacks throughout the day to keep you going. We’ll then do a restorative yoga class with some sound healing in the later afternoon. You’ll have time to freshen up before a very special evening dinner.
 
SUNDAY MORNING
You’ll wake up for another transformative yoga class, followed by breakfast, and then we will say our goodbyes, check out and head home feeling rejuvenated with mind, body and soul!
 
Due to COVID we are trying to keep this a very small and intimate group, so in terms of the yoga there will be lots of opportunity to delve deep. The practices will be suitable for all abilities. We are also offering  if we are forced to go back into lockdown. Rooms are on sharing basis, so come with a buddy or be open to sharing with a new friend! Please note, we will be offering a vegetarian menu, but if you have any dietary requirements, let us know in advance and we will cater to all.

The Soul-Full Sundays Series
[yin yoga + gong bath]

The 2nd in the series – this will be an afternoon of delicious, nourishing yin yoga followed by a wonderfully healing gong bath!

Starting with a deliciously deep 45 minutes of Yin Yoga practice with myself, followed by a very healing Gong Bath with the incredible Coral from OM Sound Therapy.

Together, we will hold shapes and asanas [poses] for a long periods of time to help you find space in the mind and body. Coral is an incredibly skilled and experienced Gong Bath practitioner. She will help you set intentions for the session and will guide you through the process in a safe and sacred way

I Am Enough
[yoga + group hypnotherapy workshop]

Have you ever felt not enough? Not tall enough, think enough, pretty enough, confident enough, clever enough, good enough? Has this feeling of not being enough held you back from being the very best version of yourself? Yeah, me too.
 
That’s why I would love for you to join me at the stunning, brand new studio just off the Kings Road in Chelsea – Compass Yoga Studio – for a 2-part workshop centred around this theme.
 
DAY 1
We’ll start with an intro to the importance of feeling enough. Listen to a mini presentation to help you learn about WHAT your not enoughs are/ I’ll teach you valuable lessons on things like; rules of the ming and the power of your thoughts, providing you with some very valuable tools and techniques to start feeling enough.
We’ll do a 75 minute nourishing and inspiring yoga practice, followed by a group hypnotherapy session.
 
DAY 2
Here, we’ll delve a little deeper. After discovering WHAT your not enough is, we will look into understanding WHY you might feel like you do, and what is causing all of this aka what lies beneath. Knowing what is causing you to feel enough gives you incredible insights and understanding. In Rapid Transformational Therapy we say that understanding is power and understanding is freeing and liberating. Once you understand WHY you have the problem you have you can then overcome it. And we will workshop how you can do this.
 
We’ll do a 60 minute transformative yoga practice followed by a group hypnotherapy, after which you will receive a recording you can listen to for the rest of your life.
 
You are so welcome to come just to day 1, just to day 2 or both days. Either or you will learn so much and gain so much insight into yourself.
