Private Yoga

I will guide you through a deeply nourishing and beneficial one-one yoga class, catering it exactly to your needs. There will be a strong emphasis on the importance of the breath. We will explore various pranayama / breathing techniques. Together we will work to move, breathe, stretch, open, lengthen, in an extremely intuitive way to get your feeling the absolute best version of yourself.
I absolutely LOVE teaching clients one-one as it allows me to go so much deeper, it’s just so much more of a juicy experience.
I incorporate my thai yoga massage into private classes, with a lot of yoga philosophy too e.g. cultivating presence.
As usual I will use my special essential oils and soft calming music in the background.
It is like a moving, therapy session, self massage all in one! Mind Body and Soul <3
