Bringing a slice of calm into the @savills offices over the last few days. An environment where things are go go go and there’s so much to juggle and do and no doubt lots of pressure!
Using yoga, meditation and talking these things through, can help us feel like it’s all a little more manageable.
The general feedback was the relief employees felt after having someone there, just to talk to and offload to, completely separate and unrelated to their life and work. They came in with a heaviness and left with a lightness and smiles.
Therapy can be hard at the best of times: it takes courage and an ability to look at yourself in the mirror and work on your stuff, let alone in an office environment. As much as we can separate our personal lives from our working lives, inevitably the two go hand in hand and if we’re looking at a holistic approach we must look at the whole picture.
If your company offers anything of the wellness sort, make the most of it use it enjoy it and let the lightness come✨

Is it just me or is time going so quickly? With the end of the year upon us and December no doubt filled with a busy social calendar of all things Christmas & NYE, there is no better time than now to take a moment of self reflection with some journalling exercises.

If you don’t yet have a journal, I highly recommend treating yourself to one. Journalling is such a powerful tool I use both in my personal practice and with clients. There is something very powerful about putting pen to paper, out of head and into your journal. After all, when it comes to self reflection, all the answers you need come from within.

Scroll through for various journalling exercises for you ponder on, in between now and the end of the year. The purpose of these is to get you thinking and ultimately self reflecting.

The most important thing with this is to have fun with them. And to of course notice any feelings or emotions that come up in the meantime as that is where the answers lie 🪄
