Using your answers to these as an internal exploration and guidance to move forwards.

Do you need to slow down? Breathe deeper? Soften physical tension? Relax the shoulders? Take control of the negative voice in your head?

This day just gets better and better, with the edition of a delicious sit down buffet late lunch - all plant based and abundant in colour and flavour.

After all the healing & powerful practices throughout the day; yoga, breathwork, gong bath, it was the perfect way to round it all off, with opportunity to discuss, share and connect with all the like minded souls who attended. Here’s to co-creating, holding space and of course, the next one! #COMINGSOON🤍
