I offer various incredibly effective therapy programmes to help get you to this place.

The bulk of these programmes are based on Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT): a method predominantly based on hypnotherapy. I have also weaved in elements of Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Meditation.
Many clients with a range of mental and emotional issues, have been through this programme and experienced deep and complete healing.

It is my purpose and passion to help YOU! I tend to develop a close relationship with my clients, through the guidance and support I offer and go above and beyond to get you everything you’ve ever dreamed of.

1) Single Rapid Transformational Therapy

After our initial consultation, you’ll fill out some forms in preparation for our session together.
The RTT session takes 2 hours minimum.
I will guide you through hypnosis and use various other tools to dig deep beneath the surface, helping to unravel the cause of your issue.
At the end, you’ll receive a 15-20 minute recording, which you’ll listen to every day for 21 days.
I’ll check in with you the day after your therapy session and at the end of the 21 day process.

2) Thrive with Grace – 30 day programme

You will get all of the above, with more guidance and support throughout a period of 30 days.

Programme outline:

  • Meet via Zoom to discuss your presenting problem, what you would like to work on throughout our time together. I will offer you some valuable tools and techniques to help dig beneath the surface and start to overcome the presenting problem. This will be very much a CBT / coaching style session.
  • 1 x 2.5 hour RTT session: where you will receive your 15-20 minute long personalized recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
  • 2 x check in’s, one the day after your RTT experience, the other at the end of the 21 days of listening to the recording.
  • An opportunity to extend the relationship going forwards, meeting less regularly to maintain your progress.

3) Come home to yourself – 3 month programme

Again, you will get all of the above, with a much deeper level of support from myself.
There are 3 stages to this 3 month programme:
1. Understanding
2. Transformation
3. Maintenance

We will spend the first month together working through some highly valuable content I have created. We will look what the issue you would like to work on together is and some tools and techniques to over come it.
These sessions are very much in the form of CBT / life coaching style.
We will meet on Zoom, I’ll present the content to you and give you some self reflective exercises, with some mini meditation.
They’ll give you powerful knowledge and understanding of how the mind works, how to control it and much more. All of which is very useful for you to take into the rest of your life.

The second month is focused on transformation, you will do the RTT session and go through the process of listening to the recording daily for 21 days.

The third month is all about maintenance, we will meet bi-weekly to discuss how you can maintain the incredible shifts you experience throughout our time together. Giving you a great foundation to go forwards.

Programme outline:

  • 2 x 75 minutes of CBT / coaching style sessions: these are very interactive. I teach you some very valuable tools and techniques to help you take control of your mind and understand what is really going on beneath your problems.
  • 1 x 2.5 hour RTT session: where you will receive your 15-20 minute long personalized recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
  • 3 x 30 minute check-in’s throughout these 21 days on day 7, 14 & 21.
  • 2 x 60 minutes of coaching style sessions, talking about how we can maintain the transformation you have experienced.
  • An updated recording upon completing this programme.
  • Recordings of the very powerful meditations we do together.
  • PDFs of the supporting documents we go through together.
  • Optional online yoga classes to do at your own leisure.
  • An opportunity to extend the relationship going forwards, meeting less regularly to maintain your progress.

Can I book in for just a single hypnotherapy session?
Yes! I have various different offerings, see my website for information.
Does Hypnotherapy work online?
Absolutely, you are in the comfort of your own home, able to fully let go and relax. I have found, since working during COVID, hypnotherapy has actually worked BETTER online than face-to-face. If you are local to me though, we can discuss doing sessions in real time if that is your preference.
