“I came to Grace at a time that I felt was my lowest, I was having bad anxiety and awful panic attacks.
I was worried to leave my house and usual everyday activities or any plans with friends or family I was dreading as I didn’t want an attack to happen while I was out.
I was recommended by a friend of mine to go to Grace and I am so glad I did, From the first phone call we had I was a total mess on the phone and she reassured me that everything was going to be ok and I was going to get better and this does not have to be part of my life any more.
Grace made me feel like I wasn’t the only person feeling like this and that it will go.
Over the course of the 6 week programme I gradually felt better to a point where now I don’t remember the last time I had a panic attack and I feel so much better and so much happier. I feel the happiest I have felt in years and Grace made me understand a different way of thinking and feeling about myself which has completely changed my attitude towards my life.
Grace is so lovely and trustworthy and I would recommend any one to speak to her if you need help she really is amazing & has changed my life for the better.
