Happy Friday - here are some fun journalling prompts to bring you into the weekend💕🌺🧡✨

When working one to one with clients, we always draw upon the 3 versions of them self - child self, present self & higher self. It’s important to look after and tend to each of these!!
Working with the higher self is something we do early on, and a very exciting fun piece to the puzzle. I tend to guide clients through a powerful higher self visualisation, but try using these prompts to start building a vision of what that looks like for you. You may want to begin with a few deep breaths to get you in the zone.

When thinking about your higher self, try getting as specific as you can so you’re clear and connected to the vision. Remembering that your higher self is your potential! And the person you’re becoming every single day.
It’s certainly not a linear or all smelling roses process to access this part of you, there’ll sure be ups and downs, but the downs are all part of it. So, have fun with this and have fun with your higher self. They are within you, waiting for you and showing you the way✨

One of my fave fave parts of this work is hosting group workshops like tomorrow😇 Bringing like minded souls together, all there for similar reasons, and holding space for them to go on a healing and transformational journey with Thrive & Transform🌺Yoga, breath, meditation visualisation, self reflection & much more are all part of the potion.
This was us last time at the I Am Enough workshop, many years ago. We’ve grown and evolved lots since then - you’re in for a treat tomorrow yogis!!
