My signature 6- week Therapy Programme, helps you to unravel the root cause of your problem, so you can unblock and free yourself from what is holding you back. 

Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Hypnosis, Coaching and Meditation. 

Week 1 & 2 you will determine exactly what the problem is, what is holding you back and spend time looking at your underlying thought patterns.
You’ll be guided through meditations, looking at your inner child and meeting the best version of yourself. 
I’ll give you some home-works to do in between the time we meet, helping you to build some daily practices for your mental health.  

Week 3 you will receive a two hour deep hypnosis session, using regression to get to the root cause of the problem, going back to past scenes of events that occurred in your childhood.
At the end of this you’ll receive a personalised recording to listen to, containing very powerful words and sentences about you! You’ll listen to that every day for 21 days. 

Week 4, 5 & 6 we’ll meet weekly, to check in and see how you are getting on throughout the process. 

At the end of the 6 weeks you’ll receive an updated, slightly shorter recording.

Leaving the programme with various recordings and some very powerful tools to help you go off into your daily life, as a completely different person.

Steps to THRIVE
Awareness, Understanding & Transformation

THRIVE aims to guide you to a deep level of self awareness, which will give you huge understanding and then from that place allow you to transform your words and thoughts.

Awareness arises through Week 1 and 2, in the preliminary more Coaching style sessions.

Understanding comes through Week 3, in the Hypnotherapy session, using regression to go back to the past.

Transformation occurs during Week 4, 5 & 6 as you listen to your recording, working to recode and rewire your current thought patterns.

These are the steps to help you get from A (how you are feeling now) to B (how you want to feel).
So you can stop surviving and start THRIVING!
