I have a unique offering which will help YOU unblock what is holding YOU back: THRIVE. A private Therapy program.

Thrive is predominantly based on Hypnotherapy, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Coaching, Talking Therapy and powerful Meditations, making it a holistic journey to your transformation.

My background is Psychology and Rapid Transformational Therapy, which I trained in and certified as a Therapist in Feb 2020.

Rapid Transformational Therapy. 
Rapid Transformational Therapy / RTT, developed by Marisa Peer draws upon the positive impacts of Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis, to have a transformative effect on clients. 
RTT combines Hypnotherapy (predominantly), NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. 
Designed to deliver rapid, long lasting results to people suffering with physical or emotional pains.

THRIVE

A 12-week Private Therapy Programme. 
Including Rapid Transformational Therapy, Hypnotherapy, CBT, Talking Therapy and powerful Meditations.
What you’ll get:
– 3 x CBT / coaching style sessions
– 1 x Hypnotherapy session
– 15 minute long personalised recording
– 3 x 30 minute check-in’s throughout these 21 days
– Updated recording
– Opportunity to extend the relationship going forwards to maintain your progress.

CBT, Coaching, Meditation elements

The first few weeks of this programme will consist of weekly 60 minute talking Therapy style sessions, discussing in depth what the problem is you would like to work on, and the underlying thoughts are that cause it.
After each session I will give you homeworks, self reflection exercises and a valuable toolbox of techniques to implement into your day to day.

Hypnosis Recording

You are provided with a 15 minute recording, designed specifically for you and full of positive, powerful affirmation and reinforcement, to listen to daily for 21 days.
The recording works to to recode, rewire and reframe your thoughts and beliefs, to ultimately transform your your mindset.

Weekly Check-in’s

We will meet weekly throughout this time weekly to discuss your progress answer any questions you may have.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic modality and mind-body intervention, using Hypnosis to deeply relax, quieten the mind and therefore allow more focus, concentration and responding readily to suggestions.

It is incredibly beneficial for getting to the root cause of an issue, rather than treating the symptoms. 
Using a tool called regression to go back to childhood or scenes early on in your life that impacted the way you think and feel today.

Hypnotherapy can help implement change into your life around the certain habits that are holding you back.
Every habit of action is run by a habit of thought.
Our habits are what define us, the little things we do each day, the hundreds of the decisions we make moment to moment, really and truly make us who we are. 
For example, when anxiety arises turning to deep breathing and positive affirmation rather than the chocolate or wine cupboard!
In order to change certain habits that are holding us back, we must address what the underlying thought is:
Perhaps I am not enough, I don’t deserve that job, I’m not worthy of love. The list goes on….
Hypnotherapy gets to the root cause of an issue by unravelling what the underlying thoughts and beliefs are, that ultimately determine the way we behave.
Once we know what these thoughts are we can do the work to transform them into more positive, powerful and beneficial ones.

You’ll receive a very powerful, personalised recording to listen to at the end of a Hypnotherapy session, that recodes, rewires and reframes your thoughts and beliefs. You’ll listen to this every single day for 21 days.

You’ll leave with an array of valuable tools and techniques. Meditations, creating a daily ritual / practice, affirmations, mantras, how to exercise the positivity muscle in your mind are all things you will leave being able to do in your own time, to take back the control over your mind.

Steps to
THRIVE

THRIVE aims to guide you to a deep level of self awareness, which will give you huge understanding and then from that place allow you to transform your words and thoughts, which create your reality.

Awareness arises in the preliminary more Coaching style sessions.

Understanding comes through the Hypnotherapy session, using Regression to go back to the past.

Transformation occurs during the Hypnotherapy also and as you listen to your recording, by recoding and rewiring your current thought patterns.

These are the steps to help you get from A, how you are feeling now, to B, how you want to feel.

So you can stop surviving and start THRIVING!
