I have been teaching yoga now for a little over 3 years, after completing my life changing training in Costa Rica in Vinyasa Yoga November 2016. Since then I have trained in over 200 further hours of vinyasa, yin and dynamic yoga with world class, renowned teachers such as Norman Blair and Godfrey Devereux. I have been teaching in various studios around Surrey and London including Frame, the Sky Garden, in various corporate companies including London Stock Exchange group and of course private clients.

How yoga helps me

Yoga has been so incredibly beneficial for me in many different ways: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically. As a result of this, it is now my mission to share these benefits with as many people as I can.

If you are new to yoga then please don’t let anything put you off! I started as someone who was SO tight and inflexible, SO far away from being able to touch my toes. I had no clue what half the positions were in class and found downward facing dog excruciating. To be completely honest I really, really struggled with yoga and couldn’t feel the benefits of it AT ALL!!

The key to yoga = Practice Practice Practice

But, as with anything in life, after much practice, patience and persistence I’ve come to experience just how amazing the beautiful practice of yoga is for our bodies but more importantly our minds.

My yoga practice allows me to come back to my breath, the simple inhale and exhale. In that breath I am able to come back to the present moment, and therefore forget about anything in the past or the future. And it is in this present moment I am able to come back to my core, my essence. I am able to feel my body on such a deep level. This cultivation of presence therefore allows me to feel grounded and more connected.

Vinyasa Yoga: This is a flow based yoga class where we run through a series of yoga poses in order to build strength and flexibility. We also focus a lot on body breath synchronisation, in order to experience the meditative benefits of yoga.
Yin Yoga: This is a very soft, relaxing yoga class. We hold very few positions for long periods of time (up to 5 minutes). By doing this we’re accessing the deep connective tissues in order to improve flexibility. The stillness also forces you to focus on your breath. 

£13 drop in for flow classes
£50 for 5 class pass
£100 for 10 class pass 

£15 drop in for yin classes
