Have you ever not felt enough?
Not clever enough, thin enough, pretty enough, confident enough…
Maybe you’re not doing enough or not achieving enough.
Or maybe you just do not feel good enough?

Yeah? Me too. 

The thought “I am not enough” is so detrimental yet so unbelievably common. It leads to an empty void, that comes from a place so deep within, that you end up turning to things outside of ourselves, like food, alcohol, sex, money etc, to fill this void. You think, when I loose 3 pounds, then I’ll be enough. Or when I get that job promotion, then I’ll feel enough. 

But you see there is always space to be happier, richer, more successful, more intelligent, healthier, fitter, stronger. Your potential is ever expanding, us humans never fully reach our potential. It just keeps getting better and better.

How about, just for now, in this moment as you read this, you believed you were enough. How freeing and releasing is it for you to take the pressure off and accept you for you, totally and utterly enough as you are.

I’m here to help you through this process. It is something I have first hand experienced from such a young age.

So, I know how incredibly important it is to believe You Are Enough, because if you don’t it will lead to a whole host of problems: negative self talk, lack of self belief, relying on external things, disconnect to self…the list goes on.
