This day just gets better and better, with the edition of a delicious sit down buffet late lunch - all plant based and abundant in colour and flavour.

After all the healing & powerful practices throughout the day; yoga, breathwork, gong bath, it was the perfect way to round it all off, with opportunity to discuss, share and connect with all the like minded souls who attended. Here’s to co-creating, holding space and of course, the next one! #COMINGSOON🤍
