Whether in schools or more corporate settings to companies and their employees, or something a little more informal and relaxed like a festival, hosting talks and presentations on various and relevant wellness topics is another big part of my work.
Combining everything I have learnt and studied through the years of Psychology, Yoga, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation work, I can work to design a presentation to inspire, motivate and educate listeners.
