Barrow Hill Barnes, nestled in the heart of the South Downs, an idyllic, peaceful place for you to switch off.

Just an hour and a half away by train or car from London, it feels like a sweet release from the busy-ness and rushy-ness of your daily life.

Before all the Christmas festivities begin, and you plough yourself with minced pies and mulled wine, treat yourself to this one off, very special, luxurious event – an afternoon of yummy goodness for your mind and body.

We’ll start off with a long, nourishing yoga class, followed by delicious, healthy freshly home cooked food for a late lunch. Next, a workshop around how to control your mind, using the fundamental concepts of Therapy Grace is trained in and ending with a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class and meditation.

You’ll leave feeling inspired, rejuvenated and lit up from the inside – ready to take on the run up to Christmas and the remainder of 2021.


Here’s a little look at how the day will go:

1.00 -2.15 – Nourishing yoga class, guiding you through a deep, flowey stretch that will help you connect to your breath and your body, and perhaps disconnect a little from your mind. 

2.30 – Enjoy a deliciously healthy, home cooked lunch. It will be a big spread of yummy, plant based, soul food to make your belly a happy one. 

3.00 – Let your lunch digest smoothly with a post lunch meditation. 

3.30 – 4.00 – Listen to a workshop on how to control your mind, by looking at your words and thoughts. 

4.00 – 4.45 – Finish off with a restorative, yin style class. 

4.45 – 5.00 – Collect your goody bags and say your goodbyes, leaving feeling rejeuvanted and ready for Christmas! 


What you’ll get:
