September London Day Retreat

Finding Softness – a seasonal reset for the mind, body and soul.

WHERE: Cake and Yoga Club, The Sawmills, Duntshill Rd, London SW18 4QL
WHEN: Saturday 18th October, 2-5pm

Join me for a 3-hour immersive workshop designed to help you gently transition from the vibrant energy of summer into the quieter rhythm of autumn.

Through movement, meditation, and reflection, we’ll explore what it means to find softness — in your body, in your thoughts, and in the way you move through the rest of the year.

Together, in a supportive space held by community, we will:

🌿 Summer Reflections
Begin in circle. Share where you’ve been, what you’ve felt, and what you’re carrying with you from the summer months. An opportunity to speak, listen, and connect.

🌀 Move with Breath
Flow through a juicy, nourishing 90-minute yoga practice designed to awaken the body, soften tension, and re-centre your energy.

🌙 Guided Meditation & Visualisation
Drop into stillness with guided meditations and visual journeys that help you connect to the version of yourself you’re evolving into.

🖋 Self-Reflection & Journaling
Take time to write, process, and integrate what’s surfaced — guided journaling prompts will be offered to support deeper insight.

Intention Setting
Close the session by anchoring your energy with thoughtful intentions for the final stretch of the year — rooted in clarity, softness, and self-trust.

Your ticket will include a healthy, nutritious snack and a brand new journal to work with throughout the session and beyond.

This is a wonderful way to invest in yourself.

“Grace is without a doubt one of my favourite yoga teachers in London and she put so much care and thought into the thrive and transform workshop and cultivated the perfect space to look inwards and explore in a safe, nurturing environment.”

‘I really enjoyed the workshop on Saturday. As you know I am not a yoga person at all. The space created on the day and the small size of the group made me feel comfortable and it didn’t matter that I wasn’t able to do the movements perfectly. In terms of feedback, the most powerful part for me was the visualisation of your higher self. I was really able to connect to this vision and therefore leave feeling lighter and freer and more connected to myself.”
